Adding Specimens to your Cart:

Ordering from our site couldn't be easier. While browsing our galleries, you will see a "thumbnail" photograph of each mineral we currently have in stock. Click on the thumbnail to view the information that pertains to that particular specimen. After reviewing the information, if you would like to purchase the specimen, simply click "purchase" at the bottom of the page. You can add as many specimens as you like. You do not have to check out immediately after adding specimens to your cart. You can continue to shop or browse the site before completing your order. However if you leave our website before checking out by closing your browser, you could possibly delete your order which will cause the specimens you selected to remain unavailable for a period of 1 hour.

Viewing your cart & checking out:

You can view the specimens in your cart by clicking on the "view cart" or "checkout" button in the upper left side of any page. You will be directed to a page where you can delete any specimens you decide you do not want. We use 128 bit encryption on our order forms to ensure your data is safe during transfer. this is indicated by the icon in the lower right side of your browser.

Completing your order:

When using our secure order forms to complete your order, please be sure to fill in all the fields we require. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, you will need to complete both areas of the form. During this phase of check-out, you will enter any coupon or discount codes you may have. Once you complete the form, click "Checkout". You will then be directed to a verification screen to make sure all your information is correct. After reviewing your information and ensuring everything is correct, click the "Checkout" button again and you're done! It's that easy.

View Order Status:

Once checkout is complete, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the details of your order. Each order is assigned an Order ID#. This is also your invoice number. At anytime you wish to view the status of your order you can log in to the order staus page by entering your Order ID# and your e-mail address. This page will keep you up to date as the staus of your order changes. Once your order is shipped this page will reflect the tracking number for your order (Domestic orders only).
